When I was a little girl, my dream was to become an ice skater—I was captivated by their movement, their glittering costumes, and the way they gave everything they had. That dream faded over time, but I knew I wanted to do something where I could give my all, something that would fill me with true passion.
That passion showed up in language learning and later in teaching languages. I taught many adults who had struggled with learning languages. Every time I found the key to connect with someone and witnessed their freedom and success, it brought me immense joy. Over time, those language lessons became as much about self-awareness and current life challenges as about language itself. That’s when I realized there was something that filled me with even greater passion.
If I think about it deeply, people have always been at the center of my curiosity. Who they are, what they feel, what they think, and why they are here on this Earth. Reading the great Russian writers probably sparked my desire to explore the mysteries of the soul, but looking back, through literature and art, I have been drawn to the mystery of human existence since my youth.
I earned my coaching certification through an ICF-accredited program at Indigo Coaching School. In 2026, I am deepening my knowledge and expanding my toolkit through Dr. László Buda’s Ultra-Short Therapy Consultant training and David Key’s Transformative Coach program.
As part of my own self-awareness journey, I have studied psychology, psychodrama, holistic perspectives, and Eastern philosophies. As a spiritual alchemist, I have experienced deep inner transformational processes that serve the understanding and support of the human soul and body.
It became clear to me that psychology and other serious systems that explore human consciousness grew out of this tradition. The goal of transformational coaching aligns with all of this: physical, emotional, and spiritual growth; finding inner balance and strength. My calling is to help as many people as possible experience this for themselves.
Change doesn’t happen overnight, but it begins with the first step. If you take the time to reflect honestly on the workbook’s questions, I guarantee you’ll never see your life the same way again.
The story you’re living is rewriteable.
You’re just one decision away from starting a new chapter.
